been coaching P3 Meridian Primary for 4 weeks. its been great and challenging for me. i wonder how teachers able to control those notorious kids in their class. i found myself useless to control them at first. not sure whether i need to scold them or be a little nice to them. But after the 2 weeks, especially after i saw a teacher shouted to the P3 students, asking them to behave.. i started to be brave and forget about how they gonna react after i shout at them. evil? i don't intend to be one, but i have to in order to discipline them. and i get the hang of it. proud of myself. HAHA!
