every evening, never failed myself to catch the sunset.
so beautiful and cooling when the cold wind blows..
so refreshing especially after having a bath after dinner.
=))

UPDATE: Life in the Army has been good for me so far.
changed me to a discipline man.
discipline in everything that i'm gonna do..
especially on food intake and trainings..
basically, just everything..
somehow, i'm feeling so SATISFYING. seriously.

anyway, had family gathering over at my Aunt's place..
have not been seeing them for about a month..
all show me that shocking face, like as if an alien just enter the house.
HAHA! seriously.. tsk tsk tsk..

all quite impressed with me.
managed to lose weight in the army.
supporting and wishing me all the best..
and i THANKED THEM for all that.. =))

and and and.. i miss all of them.. heh heh.. =))

my GOALS still undone. there's still more for me to get it done.
taking it bit by bit, step by step.
once DONE, i'll come home.. =))

just wait for me 20 more weeks yea?
i'll be home and i'll be free,
with a fit and healthy body.
