Oh my . .

things repeating it back again.
my oh my. when can it end.
nevermind Firli, 2 more 2 more.
hang on!

after 6 months time, will try to be in the military.
once there, i'll have fun and do my best. Insyaallah.
hope will never encounter this anymore.

it's kinda hard when you're part of a "DISCORD GROUP".
and when you're performing with them anytime soon.
one thing i wanna highlight in this post right here.
i'm not siding anyone at either side.

Being a leader doesn't mean that you should all the way playing first,
and order the rest to play other parts.
a leader usually are the one who could lead them,
the one whom others could follow.
the one whose capability of playing other parts.
unless you're the "PRINCIPAL PLAYER" of the section,
then i think you have the right to do that.
because Principal Players are the one who could play all parts
and the one who stays first and play all the important parts.
and none of us in the band are the Principal Players.
we are equal. that's what we ALL believe.( i guess )

a LEADER is just a post. a post with responsibility.
responsibility to set an example, to make everyone happy and respect you in return.
well maybe you should start an example by playing other parts maybe?
proof to them that you can play all those parts in any kinda event.
and show them the reason why you could do that,
why you have the priority to push them to other parts.
be a role model by that and not by ordering people..
i hope you get what i mean.

anyway, on the other side.
maybe theres a bit of confusion here.
maybe what she thinks is that, she just wanna make things organised.
that could be her reason but anyhow,
let's recap during my time. it was last year.
i was the leader for trombone section and i was almost exactly like her.
at first i want everyone to be fair. playing all parts, switching here and there.
but after awhile, i changed my mind and stick to ONLY ONE part.
and i played first part for last year's concert.
i believed no one was happy in my section. i don't know.
maybe they were. again i don't know.
but my reason was to be organised.
or it'll be too disorganised for us to be on stage doing the switching.
that's what i'm afraid. that's my reason.

but no worries, if this is your reason.
it wasn't too disorganised at all.
i've made a mistake and you know, i did learn from that.
no matter what, believe in your members.
they could do what you could do.
we are equal.

if you're good, you would have impressed me ever since you join the band.

"People do make mistakes. Correct them if they're wrong. And if you think you're WRONG, correct yourself. learn the mistakes you've made. but if you didn't wanna listen to what i've said it earlier, then its up to you. it's not only me who wants this CRAP to STOP, the rest of the BAND wants it. i don't know guys. up to you people. all i can say now, i'm so disappointed."
