A movie of a TRUE friendship . .

that movie actually is about the four of them. friends forever since young in that same neighbourhood till they turn youth. Ardi, Nino, Damar and Apin.

unfortunately they are separated when their about early-20s. Apin was stabbed by the back by a gangster. Damar arrested for murder. Ardi serving so called "NS" and Nino further his studies in the US.

They have their own "ritual" game called "Mengejar Matahari" [chasing the sun]. they will run along the pathway of their hometown, here and there. and whoever reaches first, won. in another words, they have to chase their dreams.

i cried when i watch the part where Ardi cried when he lost his bestfriend, Apin. almost cried too after Damar stand up for Nino and Ardi when both of them were beaten by a gang and without a doubt he shot the leader of the gang, Obet. Damar was dump indeed but he was standing for the two of them. won't wanna lose another life of his friend. be the gang dead, not his friends. he was arrested after that. sad.
